Website information and professional boundaries.
This website introduces the intended CiviTech coordination services and illustrative project methods. It does not create a professional appointment, contractual relationship or performance warranty.
Illustrative information
The four concept studies are newly composed illustrative scenarios informed by more than 20 years of construction-management and project-delivery experience, relevant prior project exposure and current technical research. They are not completed CiviTech projects, reconstructions of an identifiable client mandate, final designs, construction quotations, regulatory opinions or evidence of a defined protection level.
Identifiable material from completed projects is not published. Privacy, site security and client confidentiality are fundamental to this field and to the CiviTech service model.
Discretion and mutual NDA
CiviTech offers and requires a mutual non-disclosure agreement before either party shares sensitive project, property, security, commercial or personal information. Both parties are expected to apply full discretion throughout the initial review, appointment and project. The NDA defines the permitted purpose, recipients, handling and disclosure of confidential information for the specific engagement.
Professional responsibility
CiviTech provides client representation, technical project coordination and related management services within an agreed mandate. Licensed architects, engineers, healthcare advisers, security specialists, quality professionals, contractors and testing bodies remain responsible for regulated work and evidence within their respective scopes.
Local approvals and construction permits
CiviTech does not manage, prepare, submit or secure planning applications, local authority approvals, statutory consents or construction permits. The client remains solely responsible for these procedures and for appointing the locally qualified professionals needed to complete them.
No generic performance claim
Words such as protected, resilient, bunker, shelter and safe room do not establish blast, ballistic, forced-entry, fire, flood, extreme-wind, seismic, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, cleanroom or continuity performance. A live project requires defined criteria, applicable law, responsible specialists and a verification route.
Fees and budgets
Published starting fees relate only to the stated CiviTech Feasibility Study / Initial Mandate. They are not construction budgets for the protected scope or host building and do not include every survey, specialist, authority, travel, tax or project-specific cost. A formal proposal follows review of the actual brief.
Sources and external links
External sources are provided to make the editorial basis visible. CiviTech does not control third-party content and a citation does not mean that the issuing organisation has reviewed or approved a CiviTech concept.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the CiviTech name, identity, original text, structure and graphics on this site are protected. No technical concept or illustration may be represented as an approved design or reused commercially without written permission.
