Privacy
Clear information about the limited data this website processes.
CiviTech uses no cookies, analytics, behavioural profiles or third-party social-media embeds. Personal information is processed only when you choose to make contact or request a consultation.
1. Information you provide
The consultation form requests a time slot, name, email address and telephone number. Company, message and preferred video-call method are optional. The general enquiry form requests name, email address, telephone number and message; company is optional.
CiviTech uses this information to review and answer your enquiry, arrange the requested conversation, take steps requested before a possible engagement and maintain necessary business correspondence.
2. No cookies, analytics or advertising tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, social-media plugins or behavioural profiling. A temporary browser-session flag records that the introductory privacy window has already been shown. It stays in your browser's session storage, is not transmitted to CiviTech and normally ends when the browser session closes.
3. Technical hosting information
The hosting provider may create security and access logs needed to operate and protect the website. These can contain an IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and technical status. The final hosting provider, server location, retention period and any recipients will be stated here before public launch.
4. Email and video-call providers
Submitted information is delivered to contact@civite.ch. If a consultation is confirmed, the visitor's chosen or agreed video-call provider may process the information needed to create and deliver the invitation. No calendar or video provider is embedded in this site.
5. Retention
Unaccepted enquiries are normally removed when follow-up is no longer reasonably required and no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If a commercial relationship follows, relevant correspondence and records may be retained for contractual, accounting, legal and professional obligations.
6. Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to CiviTech and service providers required for hosting, email delivery and the selected meeting method. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside Switzerland. Provider details and applicable safeguards will be confirmed in this notice when the technical services are selected.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information CiviTech holds about you and request correction or deletion where applicable. You may also object to processing or withdraw a voluntary request before the meeting is arranged. Contact contact@civite.ch.
8. Legal framework and changes
This notice is prepared for the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Additional rules, including the European General Data Protection Regulation, may apply depending on the visitor and service offered. The notice will be updated if the website's actual processing changes.
